Hi glowPPL, I hope everybody had a restful Thanksgiving! My holiday was with family in sunny South Florida and guess what I noticed - instead of discussing topics that could get dicey my family’s discussion drifted into the realm of wellness / fitness / longevity!

As the person in the family who works in the fitness industry, I generally steer clear of the topic unless somebody brings it up to me, then I am happy to talk about it at length. But instead, cousins were comparing supplement stacks, my Uncle was telling my Dad about how he recently got into contrast therapy and the word ‘longevity’ was used so many times I lost count.

Health optimizing is mainstream and is even bringing people together through information sharing and aligning on common interest. It is wild to watch in real time the way that wellness is becoming a shared language :’)

Glow news is light this week - enjoy!
