The brand pivot aims to combine nutrition, behavioral coaching, hormone therapy, and GLP-1 medication support to women in their menopause era.

  • Sesh launches free strength program: Founded by fitness creator and Alani Nu cofounder, Katy Hearn, the Sesh app just dropped its 4-week Foundations strength and nutrition plan for free through July. The program is designed to help women who want to start strength training

  • Rumble co-founders launch The Pack: Noah Neiman and Andy Stenzler are back with a new NYC studio, The Pack, blending strength, cardio, and street defense training with a heavy focus on community.

  • Padel Haus raises $7M Series B: The Brooklyn-based padel club just locked in $7 million to triple its footprint, with plans to grow from 6 to 40 courts across the U.S. by the end of the year

  • Nike Breaking 4
    Nike is helping Faith Kipyegon chase a record: becoming the first woman to run a mile in under 4 minutes. Really though, it’s more than a record attempt, it’s actually part of Nike’s push to better incorporate women’s sport in their brand. Nike designed custom gear for Faith, including an unreleased sneaker and a cutting edge sports bra, both expected to drop soon(ish).

  • Lululemon sues Costco over copycat styles
    Lululemon has filed a lawsuit accusing Costco of selling lookalike versions of its bestselling pieces (like the Scuba hoodie and Define jacket) under the Kirkland label.
