Welcome to the Glow Report 001! I created this newsletter because I saw that fitness and wellness media wasn’t telling the full story. There has been a gap in coverage around women-owned fitness brands / creators, updates in health technology, and the trends actually shaping our space. My goal is to shine a light on what’s new, what’s next, and what matters for women who are driving the future of this industry.
While this weekly newsletter will be strictly informational, I will give my personal opinions (as a woman working in the fitness industry) on some of these news updates on my social media.
